Here you will discover many plant-based and vegetarian recipes to help support and nourish your body during this transition through perimenopause. We want to be clear, that if you loves you some meats, we are not here to convert you!
However…. we DO believe that the more plant-based and vegetarian your diet, the more likely your body will receive all of the nutrients and support it needs as you deal with perimenopause symptoms, and emerge into this new chapter of life!
Think 80/20 – including plant-based meals 80% of the time, and the other 20%, well…. just don’t go too cRaZy…(smile)… Remember above all else, be grateful for the food you eat, and ENJOY IT!
