A Little About Me:

I have been an entrepreneur since 2004 when I moved from the US to Costa Rica to open a hotel and restaurant. With Abundancia Tribe and Academy, I will work to help other women heal, grow, and find empowerment and community as we are all transitioning into this second half of our lives. I am most certainly a feminist in the true definition of the word: “Advocating social, political, legal and economic rights for women equal to those of men.” Amen, sister.

A Little About Me:

Equal parts soul-filled scientist, inspired educator, integrative somatic therapist, wilderness rites of passage guide and mountain medicine woman, my roots dive deep into an ever-evolving understanding of how bones and muscles, history and heart, and energy and mystery work in concert within the habitat of the human form. My attention is drawn to the subtle spaces where mind, body, spirit and stories intersect upon the unique landscape of our lives.
